• 2) Order Fulfillment and Shipping: Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• 3) Returns and Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase unless the order has already been shipped. Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused, undamaged items. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

• 5) Limitation of Liability: Danigpart.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
